On May 29, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives hosted the finals of the RANEPA best academic practices competition, which was attended by teachers from thirteen branches and institutes of the Academy, who submitted more than a hundred projects in total.
The competition is held on an annual basis in cooperation with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives and consists of several stages. The written application is evaluated by internal experts, and only three finalists among all are invited to present their project in front of external experts.
Daniil Muravskii became the winner in the nomination "Interactive technologies in education", where he presented the results of the course "Analysis of international markets", which is held for 3rd year students of the Faculty of International Relations.
Within the framework of this course, not only various gamification techniques are used, but also the "flipped class" method has been introduced, when students study lectures online, and present the results of a group project in the classroom and receive feedback from the teacher and invited practitioners. A series of educational cartoons was specially created for the course. The project was highly appreciated by experts in gamification and interactive technologies of education who were members of the jury.
We congratulate Daniil on his victory and are proud that the best educational practices of our Institute are widely recognized by experts in various fields.
